How much does house cleaning cost?
Rates start from £16.50 per hour depending on your area and how often you would like a visit. Your local office confirms the exact price before anything is booked.
Are your cleaners insured and checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed face to face, reference checked, ID verified and covered by public liability insurance.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Visits run on a rolling basis and you can pause, change or cancel with short notice.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
That is entirely up to you. Many customers give their cleaner a key or a door code once trust is established; others prefer to be in.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
For regular visits you supply the products and equipment so your surfaces are treated exactly how you like. For one-off and tenancy cleans we can bring everything.
What happens if my cleaner is on holiday?
Your local office arranges cover from another vetted cleaner, or reschedules the visit if you would rather wait.
What if I am not happy with a clean?
Call your local office and they will put it right — usually by arranging a return visit or matching you with a different cleaner.
How do I pay?
You pay your cleaner directly for the hours worked, plus a small monthly management fee to your local office. No card details are needed to get a quote.
